Since these headlights already have their own turn signals, the original separate front turn signals must be deactivated – anything else would not be permissible under German road traffic licensing regulations (StVZO). Legal Notice

According to § 54 StVZO (Direction Indicators), a vehicle may only have one active turn signal per side at the front.

"Direction indicators must be mounted in pairs. Only one direction indicator is permitted per side of the vehicle."

This means: as soon as you use headlights with integrated turn signals (like the Coplus models), the original separate turn signals must be deactivated or removed.
Two active turn signals per side – i.e., in the headlight and additionally in the bumper – are not permitted and lead to the forfeiture of the operating permit.
