Note for Customers in Switzerland

Processing in Switzerland is handled by our partner MeinEinkauf. They take care of customs clearance and direct delivery, so you will also receive a correct invoice with Swiss VAT from the Swiss branch.

However, this also means that the first tracking number you receive is only valid up to the central warehouse in Konstanz, Germany, and you will receive a new tracking number for shipping within Switzerland approximately 1 day later.

In total, you should always expect an additional 2-3 delivery days due to the additional processing across the national border and through our partner.
